Friendly helpful staff. The room was clean and facilities were good.
The hand soap in the room was empty. My seven year old daughter ordered pasta from the children’s menu and the sauce was very spicy, not suitable for children. The child swim lane was too small and should have been half the pool not 1/3.

Clean and good sized room
Restaurant staff were really bad
Looked miserable and half asleep
Didn’t have a clue on good service.
Would have preferred a better bar/lounge area ….one that wasn’t used for breakfast lunch dinner and every Tom dick and Harry passing through…..wasn’t a nice relaxing environment
