Staff were really helpful and polite. Great customer service. Nice Dove toiletries in the bathroom.

Room was very small and not suitable for a family of 4. With the sofa bed set up as a bed, it was impossible to get to the desk or window, and the desk chair had been placed by the door as it didn’t fit. Breakfast was chaotic as the food was laid out in a cramped corner which got very crowded. We had to eat in a soulless conference room as the dining area was full. It needs a larger breakfast area for the number of guests. That said, the staff were working hard to replenish the food as things ran out.

Rooms well laid out, twin beds were not too close together.

The 'free' breakfast. 45 minutes before breakfast due to end, there were shortages of hot food, cutlery, plates, cups. Some people were told there was a 10-15 minute wait for a table as the were dirty tables waiting to be cleared. Breakfast service felt short staffed and chaotic.

Breakfast was an absolute joke. Almost everything ran out, it was chaos. Too busy, buffet area too small. Staff just stood around when there were tables to be cleared
