The staff in the restaurant the night we arrived was very helpful. Not sure if her name was Beth not sure but she made sure we had everything we required.
Loved the cookie on arrival.
Room very clean and tidy.
Breakfast was what I expected which was good.
Swimming pool area was old and tired just needed a little make over. But the hotel price reflected this.
Car park was full of car's which we did not expect.

We always look forward to visiting here when we visit relatives in Stoke , we were only B & B but the breakfast was exceptional !
We were disappointed with the health club , would have liked to see the return of a jacuzzi which was removed several years ago !

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in such a great location for Alton Towers. Lots of places to eat locally. The room was super clean and fresh, the cleaner was also really lovely and did an excellent job! Really happy with our stay. Was also really nice with a complimentary warm cookie from reception - never had that before! Thank you!
We liked everything, nothing of note negative.
