Great 18m pool, lovely gym and the biggest sauna ever. Very central - 20 min walk from centre. Quiet at night. Safe car parking underground.
Nothing apart from the cost! (though this is a capital city hotel with excellent pool and leisure facilities)

Great location for going to a concert in the 3arena.
Good size room with suitable amenities.
Lovely shower.

Front desk staff
The staff in restaurant and bar were not friendly or helpful. we asked a waitress to take a group photo and she told us she had other 2 tables to look after and made us feel we were putting her out. She did take the photo only after basically saying she was too busy to take 10 seconds to take the photo!
Again barman seemed unhappy to make our 4 cocktails.
The food in the restaurant at dinner was poor.
