Hotel centrale e ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici, in una zona tranquilla, personale gentile e disponibile e camera accogliente. La colazione fantastica, completa di tutto.

Spazi divisi per water, doccia e lavandino. Sistemazione molto bella ma forse poco funzionale in quanto quando esci dalla doccia o usi il lavandino potresti bagnare il pavimento della camera.

Warm welcome at reception. Room was excellent better than average size for london and spotless with everything you need. Breakfast was an experience with exceptional range and quality of food, Breakfast team were attentive and polite also very smart. Loved the stay 100% we will be back

No issues whatsoever

VJ on check out was very friendly and professional. If we had the same experience from other members of staff, this review would have a very different feel.

Check in wasn’t good at all. We arrived early and we were given room details, and told our room wasn’t ready, however they would email us to say when it was. We left our luggage and went into town. We waited for an email, I telephoned the hotel and had no reply, so left a message. At approximately 4.45pm ish we gave up and arrived at the hotel again. We said to the check in staff how we hadn’t been emailed to say our room was ready and could we please now have our room as it is now way past the 3pm check in time. We didn’t get an apology and was asked if we had any WiFi, they knew that I hadn’t even been sent the email. So not impressed at all. Although there was a great choice at breakfast, it was lukewarm warm at best, not good enough. Sorry.
