The location was superb, so close to many attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Really appreciated the 3 bottles of water replenished each day.
There is no outlet for hair-dryer in the bathroom which was really annoying but on asking if the hotel could lend us one it was explained that it is a government law not a hotel policy, that no hair-dryer outlets are placed in bathrooms. 😪

No bedside lights, sink plug didn't work, no slip mat in shower, only one light switch by the door so had to get out of bed to switch lights off, only 2 tea bags provided, bathroom extractor broken, no sanitary bags, minimal wardrobe space,very disappointing stay for the price

It was in the same building as my conference. Good location between the City and Westminster. The guys who got taxis were great and friendly. Illy cafe coffee very tasty. Oh and elevators were super fast. No waiting time.
Rooms dull, decor dull, huge long entrance before check in, poor signage, check in not fast, take my name, credit card and give me key. Stop messing around with email address, etc.
