Great rooms and location
No big downstairs bar

Fabulous hotel, friendly, welcoming and helpful staff.
Great location - Covent Garden, theatre land, The Strand, Trafalgar Square and Embankment all within an easy walk as are a couple of tube stations for further travel. Plenty of restaurant and bar choices on the doorstep as there are shops!
Rooms comfortable and well equipped. Lovely big comfy bed and spacious bathroom - large walk in shower and double sinks. We had a balcony overlooking the city - wonderful views.
The Radio Roof Top bar is worth a visit - great views and delicious cocktails!
Would visit again!
The only thing I would add is - the room had a well stocked mini bar, but no ice bucket or ice machine available. However, the hotel staff did offer to send ice and a bucket to the room when required!

Modern and rooftop bar
Very disappointed with the mattress in room 107, reception was informed. But due to staying only one night, never had the opportunity to try another room
