A perfect location hotel; especially for a City visit London. Theatre district within walking distance. Convenient connection with public transport service. Many nice restaurants near the hotel. The hotel has a really lovely lounge, that offers relaxed seating when you need to escape the busy city. The rooms were nice, clean and had all the necessary amenities. The room is not necessarily big, but serves the purpose!. Breakfast was by menu, and tasteful.
Shower could have been warmer/stronger, but this is minor. Overall good hotel experience.

Great location. Hotel was modern and clean
Had a couple of incidents with rude staff in the bar area. Rooms only cleaned on request but then we were randomly woken up one morning as they came in to clean without being asked. Cafe/Bar area always very busy.
