Nearly everything about the experience was flawless. The staff were very kind and helpful, the room service was prompt (and delicious), the bed was so comfy, they facilitated airport transport for me upon request, and it was BEAUTIFUL. I’d love to stay here again in the future.
I had requested early check in, which I know is not guaranteed as it depends upon when guests leave and how quickly rooms can be cleaned. Ultimately I wasn’t able to get to my room until a bit after the regular check-in time, but in the interim they led me to the lounge and offered to get me connected to the WiFi. Not bad at all.

The authenticity and our welcome . The second room we were moved too was perfect .
The first room we were allocated was not suitable for me as I have arthritis in my knees and the stairs descending had a slope which was a little alarming . Eventually though we were moved to a ground floor room which was perfect.

Super cool experience to take you back in time.
The bathroom was worse than advertised and the drain in there is super slow so you have to stand in ankle high water while showering. Toilet requires 2 flushes most of the time.
