No.5 Maddox Street

3 of us stayed in apt 12 on the 5th floor, up the top of many many stairs, no lift (which we were aware of but didn't realise there would be quite that many stairs). The balcony was lovely and had nice views Beds comfy, pillows not too bad Nice size apt for 3 of us Lots of toiletries provided which we weren't expecting Great location as we were attending an event at the palladium which was literally over the road Sound proofing was pretty decent (traffic and neighbours) Lots of channels available on TV Lots of storage in bedrooms for clothes Air conditioning worked well Email with codes to get in provided at appropriate time before check-in Coffee machine and pods provided Free bottle of sparkling water and uht milk in fridge was nice touch Book full of information eg WiFi code, how to use safe etc easily readable Bath towels were an awesome size and were actually bath sheets 3 towels per person provides which was good Overall an enjoyable stay and we would consider staying here again

Rain shower head was falling out the ceiling (reception made aware) No scissors in kitchen (reception made aware) No sign on second floor to show that is where reception was (had to message them as it's said in instructions to leave key with reception) One (very low, soft, deep) sofa for 3-4 people is not adequate. There is room for another chair or 2 seater Windows - some of them hard to open/close and need a bit of tlc to repair handles The bit of the bath between screen and sink needs attention as clearly not cleaned in a while No dishwasher tablets or washing up liquid provided so couldn't tidy the bus we did use in our one night stay

Very centrally located - good spot when in London for holidays. Spacious room and living room. Generous toiletries in bathroom. Staff was helpful in carrying luggage.

There was no lift in the building. The door of the flat did not close properly and we had difficulty in locking both from the inside and the outside. The layout of the bathroom and toilet space were inconvenient.

Top floor flat which is fine, but required some stamina to get up there! 😊

Helpful Staff, incredibly central location, spacious living room, good kitchen appliances, large bathroom.

No lift, generally old furniture, not perfectly clean (actually the carpet was filthy). The bedroom was so small that the crib would completely block the access to one side of the bed and part of the door. Last but not least the day we checked in there was a terrible smell in the reception - hope that was temporary.
