Brown's Hotel, a Rocco Forte Hotel

The hotel is central to all the main shops and is a beautiful, well maintained hotel. Everything you want in a five star hotel. This was a second visit for us but won’t be the last- we stayed for a family celebration and my husband had a marvellous 60th birthday! House keeping was exceptional and the attention to detail from all staff from the friendly, helpful doormen, main desk, restaurant staff and housekeeping show they take pride in the role they play at the hotel. This hotel is a wonderful traditional hotel and a must for visitors to London looking for cream teas, amazing food and a home from home.

Some premium priced rooms are VERY tired and well below the standard of refreshed rooms which are advertised on website. Some staff were amazing and shared our concerns. It took for us to advise we would find another hotel for the manager to magically find a renovated room for us that was previously not available.
