Staff, premises, location - All excellent
If I need to write some constructive feedback, I will say there needs to be a hook “somewhere” to hang up one’s bathrobe.

Excellent location very helpful staff superb breakfast.
No shower cap in bathroom

Clean rooms and bathrooms were modern with good showers. Location is good for west-end working or tourist visits.
- "Service charge" on check out seems like a stealth tax on the room which is not the norm for London, especially when the staff friendliness itself was lukewarm.
- AC was almost non-existent so the room was unbearably warm.
- Standard room size is very small and the facilities are basic for the price - amazing to me that this is a 5-star hotel.
