Our stay was a mixed bag most of the staff were amazing esp cleaning everyone welcoming - managers dealt with our issue well. Room was good comfortable bed bathroom a little small the pre arrival communication excellent
We had an issue with the function we attended and had a terrible time with who I think was the head security guard who wouldnt let me and my elderly father wait to enter the conference room from inside the hotel even though the event organisers were fine - we were residents of the hotel paid thousands for the weekend and he was at best rude but honestly aggressive and spiteful an experience us and another poor lady should not have had to endure.

Everything about the hotel. It was very up market and the staff were lovely. Especially the concierge gentlemen.
The price of the drinks! :) But that's just London.

Front desk not as knowledgeable. Didn't know how to give directions on making phone calls or where anything was.
