The location in Mayfair is perfect as you are right around the corner from Marble Arch and Oxford St. Hyde Park is right there, too. The restaurant on the premises is understated yet elegant. The staff is the most hospitable I've ever seen anywhere.
I wish the standard rooms had soaking tubs... for the price it would be nice to have a soak to unwind after walking the city. There /is/ a spa and pool area though I did not take advantage of those amenities.

Malachi at reception, Mohammed and Michael at security were exceptional help.
Room was alarming early morning. It took 3 calls and along time to turn off. It was not the smoke detector it was another alarm close to the floor?

A huge thanks to The receptionist Tawi for an amazing service and Micheal.
This is the second time for me at this hotel after the renovation, loved the lobby and the smell as well. Locations is excellent.

We requested a high floor and ended up in a very noisy room in the basement - very disappointing
