Warm, well appointed, excellent location and great staff.
Twin room was very small for two adults. No bedside table for one bed as so tight for space.

It was very central.
I was travelling with both my 2 teenage sons and 70+ parents. The townhouse/stairs was a little difficult to manage for my parents but we still liked it. Also, the room my kids stayed was really small. However, since we spent most of the day outside, it was ok…

The staff were very kind and helpful, and the property was very comfortable and excellently located.

It was absolutely clean. The staff was very helpful. The townhouse we lived in had all facilities, down to the minimum detail.
It was slightly expensive for all the facilities provided. The wait time for checkout was a little longer as there was only one staff member and she was busy attending to another customer.

Perfect location for all of the shoos in Knightsbridge eg Harrods, HN etc and 10 walk to some great museums. Had breakfast in a lovely little cafe opposite Harrods which was 1 minute walk from property and it was probably the best breakfast I have ever eaten.

I would love to give this beautiful townhome MORE than a 5 star rating. Everything was perfect for our family while we were in London for the week. Easy access. We used Uber for transportation, and there was always a driver within less than 3 minutes. Delightful restaurants nearby. Close proximity to the Victoria and Albert Museum and Harrods. The office staff were welcoming and responded to all of our questions and needs.
There was nothing that we didn't like, even the washing machine and dryer! First Class all the way!

The apt felt a little dated apart from the kitchen. Squeaky floor boards. Kitchen needs a pair of scissors added.
Unfortunately, some guests, and i have to day all Arabic were quite noisy talking and smoking at the entrance door at 1 to 3am
The rubbish is taken downstairs in the guests lift, and it leaves a smell and some liquid on the lift floor.

they upgraded my townhouse to the penthouse and the lift was not working, my sister was pregnant and it was very hard for her to go 3 floors upstairs each time we go back to the hotel, the heater was central and it stopped working at night and we slept freezing. My stay was only 1 night and it was horrible.
