Love this Hotel. Perfect for a stay in this part of London. Staff warm and welcoming and always good to return.

I requested an early check in as we were travelling to London for a wedding and needed to get ready. I was on the day granted early.check in but felt I should not have had to phone and email many times before being told when I arrived it was possible.
Early check in arrangements not being in place.

Cleanliness and location. The best staff of the hotel are the housekeeping staff.
The reception staff were the worst.
They need more training to be professional.

Central position in a quiet area
No facilities. The dining room was closed for refurbishment. We had not been told this in advance. We had to leave hotel and walk to sister hotel. The breakfast there was meagre to say the least. No cereal or fruit. Just eggs. Very disappointed.
