The location was good

I loved the location and the staff

Bath was a bit small. But not a problem.

The "small rooms" are in effect small but very well set up allowing for comfort. Decoration was cozy and nice. Room was quiet. And the location... could not be better.

Electric sockets had contact problems and could be renewed. Room service via "Cote" restauraunt lacked simple meal options after 5 pm and phone call was not working.

Location was perfect for the subway and all of the activities we had planned. Very friendly and helpful staff and the hotel restaurant was perfect. Food and staff were lovely.

definitely prime location and excellent staff, always ready to satisfy needs or questions I asked for a small double room because I had to spend just one night, the size was small but I did not expect much more I have been at least four times at the hotel, and I have never been disappointed

the hotel needs more places for passengers willing to stay inside I believe that a person (doorman or bell boy) is needed to help people going upstairs with luggage

We had to upgrade our room, because the small one was impossible.

Breakfast buffe was very poor. Fruit and vegetable looked as if they were leftovers from yesterday. Very limited selection. No eggs, meat not tempting at all. We asked to have two separate quilts instead of one maxi. We got two maxiqilts. Staff were not dressed in a fresh way. You could not tell the difference between a staff and a customer. We asked for information on Gatwick Express. They said there was no strike that day. What they did not know was that the station was closed for renovation. They were not updated.

Clean and comfortable beds . Very central with district and central lines a few minutes walk away.

Breakfast only machine for the coffee and the . The coffee is not drinkable.

The reception staff were very good and helpful and accomodating and welcoming and the breakfast team were 10/10

We had a standard double at first and this was very old fashioned and not really clean and needed a big update , so we changed to a much better room that was great - I think they need to sell old rooms and sell new rooms .. but great location and reasonable value

The hotel was in a quiet area, close to sloan square train station, 2 minutes walk. it was pleasnt to walk aroudn the area and it was clean and not to busy,

The only problem we had was the water pressure in the shower, a bit on the low side, but other than that, I cant complain

room smelt fousty- coming from bathroom. noisy people in the surrounding rooms. drilling noises from renovations in the morning. no power source next to bed for phone charging. mini fridge did not refrigerate.

Coffee machine did not work *though when I reported this the staff went out of their way to bring me a coffee in the evening and morning which was very much appreciated. Bathroom was tired and not at all clean; understand it being tired but no excuse for lack of cleaning. Pillow was very hard and uncomfortable but this is personal preference. Bed is tiny (we are average height) Shower is tiny (we are average size)
