Our 7th time staying at SSH and we love it as always. Cozy, comfortable, but efficient. Everyone on staff is so nice and helpful. We will stay again and again any time we are in London.
Water bottles in the room.

Good location
The bed / mattress was horrendous , it was worn on one side so it felt like I was being tipped out
