The Dilly

Great hotel in central position. Arrived early and room was ready. Spacious with plenty of storage space. We were on 7th floor which was very quiet. Welcome message and teddy bear nuce touches. In tge afternoon bottle of red wine and choclates arriced. Totally unexpected. We used the pool which was slightly cool. We didn't venture in tge gym. Breakfast self service with egg orders brought to your table. All food fresh and tasty. Croissants were particularly good. The bar was lovely and ornate with hood selection of drinks. Service throughout the hotel very professional, as expected.. Lugfage storage efficient which we used on our last day. We would definitely stay here again.

No view from room just wall and pipes but this is central London so not an issue

The spa area was tired and needed some attention. No water machine near the sauna is bad

Location, building and rooms

Gym/Pool staff not very forth coming or helpful. After checking into the pool I had to go back to get towels that weren’t offered to us. Full English Breakfast good be a bit better quality - For £33 I could get similar at the greasy spoon down the road for a fraction of the cost. I’d expect a cleaner and more Superior quality

La posizione era molto buona e anche alcuni dello staff sono stati gentili, facendo un upgrade e offrendo le cose per l’anniversario

Purtroppo la struttura è vecchia e a parte le camere hanno una moquettes che grida vendetta. Inoltre, il personale della spa molto scortese e non c’è un’area relax dopo la piscina.
