The Imperial

La literie est très confortable. Les chambres sont bien insonorisées, il n'y a pas de bruit. le roof top a une vue incroyable.

Enormément d'attente au petit déjeuner, la cuisine n'est clairement pas calibrée pour le nombre de clients. La salle de bain est très petite, les wc sont devant l'entrée de la douche. Il n'y a pas de miroir loupe, et les luminaires de salle de bain sont insuffisants pour se maquiller. Par rapport au prix, il y a très peu de produits offerts, pas de mouchoirs en papier, de coton et autres.

Comfy bed. Clean. Plenty of storage. Great television. Glass of bubbly on arrival and speedy check in...great staff...

Could of had a bath but shower was great.

I had a wonderful stay at **The Imperial** following its reopening after the renovation, and I can only say how impressed I was. Everything has been beautifully thought through, with great attention to detail. The hotel is elegant, fresh and welcoming, and you can truly feel the care that has gone into every aspect of the experience. The staff deserve a special mention — everyone was incredibly welcoming, attentive and professional, which made my stay even more enjoyable. It is always a pleasure to discover a hotel where you feel genuinely taken care of, and **The Imperial** certainly delivers that feeling. I can only highly recommend The Imperial and wish the whole team every success with this new chapter. I will definitely be happy to return! ✨

Fantastyczny hotel, położony w samym centrum Londynu, bardzo blisko metra. Wspaniała obsługa, każdy osoba pracująca w tym hotelu była przemiła i pomocna, nawet kiedy o godzinie 23 prosiłem o zmianę godziny przyjazdu taksówki:) Od momentu wejścia do hotelu czułem się jak w domu. Pokój był czyściutki i świetnie urządzony, bardzo dobrze wyciszony, ze świetnie działająca klimatyzacją(to chyba pierwszy hotel w którym w tak prosty sposób można było kierować nawiewem);). Do tego śniadanie które można zjeść podziwiając panoramę Londynu. Polecam i marzę o powrocie do tego miejsca!!! Fantastic hotel, located right in the centre of London, very close to the Underground. Wonderful service — every member of staff was extremely kind and helpful, even when at 11 p.m. I asked to change the taxi pickup time :)From the moment I walked in I felt at home. The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished, very well soundproofed, with excellent air conditioning (this is probably the first hotel where I could control the airflow so easily ;)). On top of that, breakfast that you can enjoy while admiring the London skyline.Highly recommended — I dream of coming back!!!
