We were greeted by a wonderful member of staff who was so kind and chatty. We were given a room with a view of the London skyline, the views were amazing. The room was so clean and modern! The shower was amazing and the bed super comfortable
There was nothing we didn’t like, except to make people aware that the mini bar has a sensor so, even if you take something out to look at it, as my mum did being nosey, we were charged for the item although we were fully refunded when we explained what happened ☺️

Location is great
Air con control could be more responsive and colder. And the control panel shuts off everything when u turn off the lights including the air conditioning the system needs to be looks at

Swimming pool; restaurant and great staff
Given a room with a disability bathroom - which I don’t need; couldn’t use key card to get into my room on arrival so had to return to reception
