This was an excellent stay and perfect property in London. The hotel sits in a very fun area with lots of small mom and pop restaurants, bakeries, and bars. Lots of residential area with parks and farmers markets as well. We walked everywhere for all of our meals, and had great food. The Hôtel itself was staffed with very kind helpful staff, and a fun vibe. Our room was quite large and very comfortable for two adults and two kids. The extras were nice with the little gin bar and lots of different treats, wine and champagne choices in room. It was a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The rooms are big and comfortable. The service is very good. The staff is very helpful. The location is very good. So many restaurants near by, coffee shops and stores. It is very lively location.

I booked studio plus for the first time and I have stayed many times in studio. I was disappointed because studio plus was exactly the same size as studio. No difference at all but I paid more. I am not going to book studio plus again.

Nice sized room with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom products had a nice fragrance. Hotel was quiet for the area. Pleasant staff at the reception and bar. Nice black out blinds to get a good night's sleep.

The floor had an unpleasant smell when getting out of the elevator. The bathroom has a shower over bath which isn't a problem but a bit of issue with water running onto the floor. Limescale and wear and tear in the bathroom made it not feel very luxurious compared to the rest of the room is quite small.

Location and staff!! Super friendly and inviting and the location is EXACTLY where everyone needs to be.

Lovely property with an extensive lobby space including a coffee shop, bar, and restaurant access. Rooms were clean, fresh, and modern. Entire space is thoughtfully designed and curated. Would definitely stay again.

Staff are fantastic so helpful, we arrived early and they let us in the room an hour early.

Nice rooftop bar and decor of the room and hotel.

We were put into an accessible room and which made it hard to use, with no shelves or spaces to put things. It was noisy in the room when we arrived 8pm so went to the rooftop bar, if you wanted a quiet rest in the room this is not the place. They gave some free drinks for the inconvenience but did not change the experience.

Clean and modern. Staff very accommodating to residents above people dropping in. Ground floor bar staff went above and beyond.

Mini bar and associated bits silly expensive - but expected in a hotel. Teenage daughter not allowed in the roof bar even though wasn’t going to drink and very sensible - completely understood but a tad frustrating when we wanted a nice view at the hotel to end the evening.

Clean, modern, lovely rooms and bathrooms, bed incredibly comfy, good breakfast, nice area to stay with cool restaurants and bars.

Slightly longer walk to tube than other central hotels but not much bother if you don’t mind getting your steps in.

It's a really nice, chic hotel, in a great location in Shoreditch, with plenty of amenities nearby. I only stayed one night but it was really nice.

Check in was a tiny bit slow, but could just be down to bad timing.

The location is fantastic and the beds are very comfy. The still & sparkling taps found on each floor are a good touch.

Firstly, we were given a room way smaller than the standard studios? I booked 2 rooms of the same category but our friends were given a bigger room with a sofa. We also bumped into other friends at the hotel who had also booked a studio but had a much bigger room (also with a sofa). For the price of the room, this was a disappointment. Secondly, the breakfast was poor. The food took over an hour to arrive, arrived luke warm & was very standard. We watched multiple people arrive, order, eat and leave in the time it took for our food to arrive. We did get this for free though as apparently our order had not been put through at the time. We were also not made aware that if you purchased breakfast at the time of checking in, you’d be allowed access to the breakfast buffet but not if you just turn up on the day? we were only allowed off the a la carte. Our keys also kept failing to work on the bedroom door which was annoying by the third time it happened.
