beautiful rooms

Proximity to my office.

I found bed bugs in my room. The bed sheets also had stains that indicated dropping of bed bugs. Ricardo the manager refused to accept that there were bugs despite ample proof from pictures. Shockingly enough sent me to NHS website to dispute the fact that the bug I found was a bed bug. Ironically it matches exactly my pictures. His treatment has been horrendous for a manager at a hotel of this caliber. I stayed 3. nights at the hotel and after I checked out they refuse to accept the bugs.

Great central location and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Nice design and hotel has a boutique feel although the rooms need some attention now.

The furniture in the rooms is a little tired and damaged although everything is very high quality and comfortable.

everything was perfect

Room was wonderful and hotel was well located

The service charge added to the room, and also the 15% service charge added to the bar bill. The room SC i've never seen that before and 15% to the bar bill again was in my mind excessive (10% or even 12.5% is ok)

The property was very clean. The location is excellent and within easy walking distance from the train.

The property was described as a 5 star hotel. it is NOT the rooms are small the reception area is noisy small & busy. The staff congregate & smoke outside the hotel which is not a good look.
