Location is good for me

lovely room. very comfy bed. Would stay in this hotel again

the water pressure in the shower was not great but ok.

Convenient venue. Lovely decor. Corridor carpets a bit grubby.

Dreadful loud ‘music’ played bttsrlf indulgent female dj. Loud and obtrusive and ruined our time spent in the bar area. We drank up and left! Certainly not the relaxing experience we expected.

We have stayed at the Pullman on a number of occasions over the past few years, unfortunately the rooms are very worn and require some maintenance.

Staff friendliness, location. Very comfy bed indeed.

Decor in the reception area and lounge was very distasteful. Get rid of the plastic flowers and simply. Nobody wants to be visually overlaoded when entering a hotel. Simplicity is beautiful.

The breakfast was very good, the restaurant is very beautifully decorated and the food is delicious, the staff is friendly and ready to help, the location is ideal.

The room seems to be somewhat tiny for the money we paid. Also, we had a double room with two separate beds (we are women, by the way, and not large), the beds seemed to be very small for both of us - difficult to imagine how it appears for men.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Nice quiet room with a lovely lobby to relax and have a drink in. Restaurant had great food.

Location is great - easy access from The train stations and to walk into the city . Housekeeping was lovely - we opted out of the service to go with the go green movement but when we asked for water , she was friendly and helpful Also appeared to be doing a good job with cleaning another room. Place smelt fresh - restaurant staff at breakfast are attentive and friendly . Front desk / reception staff - I would like to commend Thayna ( not sure if I got spelling right ) . Great service with a smile - was warm and welcoming despite the entire area being so busy . When she attended to us she still took time to Make us feel that we mattered . Thank you . Only interacted with two others : Sintija and the manager with the moustache on duty - did their due diligence . But very inflexible and did not make guest feel that they were being helpful . S was just following the rule Book , manager could have assisted but was just rooted at his counter , replying to her without giving us any eye contact or even bothering to come over . Not good for a managerial position . Might need more staff . Front finger staff also double up as concierge and because it’s not their speciality , Google was a better and faster option . Other than that hotel was lovely -

Front counter staff ( except for thayna( lovely / helpful / smiley asian girl whose pronounced Tania ) need more training in hospitality - not just doing job but to Actually appear to enjoy or Truely welcome the guests

Really they should provide proper coffee in the room for this price. Nescafe is gross! Also a fridge would be nice.

We had a Jnr Suite on the 2nd Floor that was very large. The breakfast were good and the staff exceptional.

Scrambled egg at a hotel buffet breakfast generally sets the benchmark. At Pullman it was excellent, creamy and fresh and so was the whole buffet.

We had an “accessible” room which obviously wasn’t used much. The kettle tripped out the TV - which when fixed buffered a lot and the wifi was bad. They gave us a new kettle and offered to change our room which was kind, but otherwise the room was large, clean, comfortable with a fantastic bathroom

The location is good and the bed is comfortable. I liked the large table and pull out Sofa-like thing.

The bathroom is small but not bad. The staff at the front desk were friendly but the bar/ restaurant experience was quite bad. Twice they wanted to kick us out (Thurs and Fri nights!) at around 11pm or so. The kitchen closes at 10pm and they rushed us through dinner. They also rushed us through drinks at the bar. I find that for a hotel In London with your standing and price, the hours are restrictive and inflexible. I paid over 650£ for 2 nights and both nights we were treated like unwelcome guests because the staff seemed so rushed to close up. This was so off-putting. Breakfast was good but £ 25 I also found a bit pricey on top of the room rate. The bar and restaurant service kind of killed it for me and I don’t know if I’ll be back. Checkout was very smooth.
