This hotel is brilliant for when visiting Lundon. It is very close to Houston Station which makes it perfectly located. It is also a very high standard when it comes to its rooms and facilities. The ability to be able to check in remotely as well as do so at the front desk is a real benefit. The staff have always been pleasant and helpful

Staff very friendly and considerate
Hotel very convenient for our stay
Room a little tired and other rooms doors continually banging. When ironing a shirt, the iron started to smoke and spark as cable broken
