The Savoy

Location was fantastic, the history of the hotel and beautiful decor. The staff are lovely, very kind and friendly. Loved the American Bar and the Spa. The river view is superb. Josh, our butler was fabulous 👌 Breakfast in our room overlooking the Thames was a special experience and the food exceptional.

Breakfast very good. Room amenities excellent. Beautiful and very clean carpets, which is normally something hotels struggle with. An amazing bath which easily fit 2 people!

Absolutely nothing negative about this hotel.

Great location, lovely foyer area

Service was not attentive at all. Second time at this hotel, but we will now be going back to The Langham as our London hotel of choice. No acknowledgment at all from doormen going in and out, perfunctory service from front desk staff. All incredibly impersonal. Clearly relying on influencers and past glory. Dreadful influencers in the restaurant, obsessively taking selfies to the detriment of other customers’ experience and no intervention from staff. A real shame because the pool is lovely, location amazing for the theatre and the public areas are beautiful.
