The location is great! Rooms are clean. Nice interior at the hotel.
The staff is not professional.

Perfectly situated in the centre of Exeter
The duvet size was inadequate.
The net curtains were quite grubby.

The staff went out of their way to organise parking and an earlier breakfast for my wife who was booked in for a c section the next day. Excellent service 😁😁 Great central location too.

Food was very good.
Second time at this hotel and facilities have deteriorated very much in the last 12 months. Not a very inviting hotel.
