It was a neat property and appears to be doing incremental updates. There was a nice patio in front and a deck overlooking Exeter which I enjoyed. The included breakfast was fantastic! There is a desert bar with excellent gelato. The staff is friendly and easy to talk to.
Because of the very comfortable king sized bed our room was cramped. By peaking into other rooms I noticed they were not as cramped.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, going above and beyond. The dining room had a very charming atmosphere. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. It was very useful having safe off-street parking.
My main suggestion would be to improve the bed. The bed and mattress were too soft for my liking.

A nice central place parking was ok
The shower head couldn't be moved as it was broken and the toilet flush wasn't working properly and the breakfast was poor and cold and the staff wasn't very helpful and it was self service which the staff didn't inform us and no information in the room about breakfast or times of breakfast and we didn't know it about it ! I wouldn't recommend it
