Phoenix Hotel

Convenient, cheap, exactly as advertised.

Rooms are rather small.

Really quiet and cosy bed. Breakfast was amazing. Lovely shower and bath.👏 🤩. We're coming back for a week next year....👍

Room quite hot but there was a wee air conditioner unit and its not the hotel's fault that summer is never gonna end in London this year..😁 Just wondering why there were no BBC channels on the TV...🫥

The room was fresh, clean and comfortable. I liked that there were toiletries and hot chocolate and biscuits provided. The bed and bedding was comfy and the window opened to let some air into the room. I was at the front of the hotel but didn't hear any street noise overnight even though I had the window open. The hotel is 3 minutes from the tube and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. There were loads of breakfast options!

Nothing. For the price this place is great and I'd stay again.

Good location, room was clean. Domestic staff were lovely and did a fantastic job of cleaning up after my messy child lol.

Room was not what we booked. I specifically chose that hotel for location and also because they offered a triple room with 3 single beds, which we booked.. However when we arrived our triple room was a double and a single, which I didn't want. Staff said there was nothing else available, which i know was not true. Big inconvenience for us and staff didn't seem bothered about changing it.
