The sofa beds mattress is too thin and springy and the main bed mattress is super hard

Room was ok, nice firm bed.
Young lady in the bar Saturday evening, OMG, very very very slow service, light is on & no ones in, no ice in the ice bucket, went to kitchen a couple of times & came back empty handed. Ordered the chicken burger, chicken over cooked, coleslaw was tasteless & had way too much mayo, Breakfast was no better, everything was cold, I arrived around 8.30am, the breakfast must of been sitting there from the start, joke.
