Staff were lovely and friendly. The room had all we needed and was well equipped. The shower was great and it had a bath.
There was a bit of a damp smell in the bathroom, ok when the fan was on but very noticeable after being closed up. It was all very clean though.
The breakfast was very good.

Comfortable with everything you could want in the room. Small but important (to us!) Items included: waste bins in both bedroom & bathroom, box of tissues (so often missing in b&b's)
Very quiet, in barn conversion set back from tge main road & the delightful pub.
Excellent breakfast (served in the pub)

The location suited us as we were attending a family event.
I ordered pancakes with fruit, unfortunately one of the pancakes was partially burnt on one side. Poached eggs were ordered and they were overcooked. We asked for toast and marmalade, the toast and butter arrived but with no side plates or marmalade. The toast got cold, but the waitress did take it away and supply fresh toast.
