Location was perfect, in the centre of Arundel. There was a long list of choices for breakfast. Room was clean and bright. Restaurant food was delicious!

Our room No. 3 faced east. The shutters didn't blackout the room, on first morning I was awoken by sun shining directly on my face. Solved by hanging coats in front of the shutters the next night.

Room rather small and airless, bathroom damp, breakfast not good. (Greasy and eggs like bullets.) Bed too small and very uncomfortable. Photos of rooms frankly misleading.

Our room was very comfortable with the added bonus of a sofa, and we enjoyed the range of teas and coffees. The bathroom was spacious with beautifully soft towels and dressing gowns. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Excellent location.

A little flexibility on slightly early check-in would have been appreciated. Overnight, the room became exceptionally hot, despite both windows bring open.

Bathroom could’ve been cleaner, below the shower there was some mould that could’ve been cleaned away and a couple of long hairs found on bedding. Paid for a luxury room all looked lovely in the website, ours though was VERY small which was disappointing. We came here to celebrate me finishing chemotherapy and the room was a bit of a letdown and I’d say overpriced.
