Very good, slightly small room missing a TV remote control, but this was rectified very quickly. Excellent breakfast and everything spotlessly clean. A very enjoyable stay.

I had a really fantastic stay. Location is ideal for central Arundel and it’s just a ten minute walk from the train station.
I had Room 15 on this trip. I previously had Room 6 last year in which I did prefer the layout, but on this trip I did have more space and a modern bathroom with a rainfall shower which was great. The bed was fantastic and the room was warm and cozy, the wifi was good too.
The included breakfast is tremendous. The full English is probably the best I’ve had; every element was perfectly cooked. The eggs Benedict was also fantastic. There is also a great continental suggestion with fresh fruit and homemade yoghurt, some great pastries as well as cereals and fresh fruit juices. The evening food is good too.
The staff I interacted with from check in to check out were all great. I was out all day Tuesday and requested some still water and teabags and got a lovely package of water, tea and a refill of chocolates once I’d returned. No complaints from me!

If you like the finner thing's in life this place delevivers right down to the woven blanket on the bed.Its warm inviting and jolly good value for money.Breakfast was yet another great treat with homemade yogurt absolutely scrumptious.Well done top marks

Stayed here for 2 nights in 'Indulgence room' and had fantastic stay. Couldn't fault anything at all. The food, service, location, room and cleanliness were all spot on. Very dog friendly. Staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant. The 'signature dish' of seared trout was really great, as was breakfast. Excellent experience all round.

An overnight stay and very enjoyable it was too. Very comfy large room with bath and sep shower and fluffy white bathrobes! Combined with excellent breakfast.

Lovely room with roll top bath and separate shower. Bed was extremely comfortable and room was lovely and clean. Breakfast was really tasty and staff were excellent.

Cosy overnight stay in Arundel. Accommodation well decorated and comfortable, and staff welcoming. Great menus, including vegetarian options and exceptionally fresh haddock.
An offer of assistance with baggage would have been appreciated in the absence of a lift and with steep stairs to negotiate.
Lovely central location for exploring Arundel and the castle.

Great food, staff excellent but rooms could do with a bit of tlc. Not enough space to hang clothes and en suite could do with an extractor fan to get rid of steam. Bed comfy, tea and coffee tray good. All in all ok but not brilliant.

We had a great experience at the swan hotel. Room was small but comfortable and I felt that the service was top notch from the extra special finishing touches in your room to one of the very best breakfasts we have had at a hotel. Would highly recommend.

We were delighted when we arrived at the hotel, the decor is lovely from the bar/restaurant downstairs to the bedroom, which got a ‘wow’ from us as we went in! It was also very clean and comfortable. The staff running the breakfast service went above and beyond to ensure my dietary requirements were safely met. Location-wise it’s right in the centre of Arundel, a few minutes walk from the castle and cathedral, as well as other pubs, tearooms and shops. We are already talking about going back for another stay as we found it so relaxing and enjoyable.

Great retro-style hotel with modern conveniences in the heart of beautiful, historic Arundel. Friendly and outgoing staff that makes you feel like family. Wonderful breakfast options, including the traditional full English breakfast. Nicest shower with best water pressure we’ve encountered during our six-week holiday in Europe. Great value.

What a great place to stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
The rooms and restaurant were modern and fresh and the location was ideal - right in the heart of the lovely town, with car parking just behind.

Beautiful one night stay! Literally seconds from the castle. The room was just perfect for the night and had all we needed. The robes, teas, coffee and water in the rooms were a lovely touch. I just want to add that the breakfast was truly incredible! Yvonne AKA Peggy Mitchell "Get outta ma Pub" was the epitome of exceptional customer service. A lovely host and made us feel so welcomed.

Loved the Swan Hotel. Great location near to all amenities and attractions. Rooms very comfortable and quiet with every thing you need. Nice touches throughout, especially fresh milk daily for the tea tray. very warm welcome on arrival and all the staff very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant food and breakfast. Very good as well. Looking forward to staying again in the future.
