Simpler access to tap / filtered drinking water would help , a small bottle in room not enough for some .

We liked the comfortable beds, air conditioning was used and the complimentary Gin was great.

Location is fab. Lovely pool. Most staff were friendly and helpful. Decor is unique and authentic charm to the hotel.
Such restricted times for children in the pool. We made a family booking for two rooms and they were very, very far apart. We were told this was because we had requested A/C. (We hadn’t). It is a family tolerant hotel, rather than family friendly. Late check-in time. Breakfast was poor. Hot tub was closed on one of the only two times we were able to visit leisure facilities within children’s times. Areas closed off for private functions.
