Helpful staff, lovely restaurant service and food. Lovely large, quiet room with bathroom with double bath and large comfortable bed.

Steam room, not working very well in spa. Room soft furnishings need updating to make more comfy, eg seating.

Swimming pool and spa was good

Broken sink in bathroom, toilet was not cleaned when we enter the room

The hotel was lovely the staff were very very welcoming and the hotel was very clean and tidy the food was great and the portion size was lovely.

The steam room does not work and was a huge disappointment even tho the pool lady had reset it it didnt work and few local members where complaining saying it never worked and they taught me a trick to use the hose pipes to spray in the courier to get any steam out, secondly my partner is gluten free and even though we asked for a gluten free pizza we were given a normal Pizza which gave my partner a poorly tummy, the staff member was very apologetic and where trying there best to make her feel comfortable but it didnt work and did ruin the second night stay with you. Other than that the shower pulley leaver was missing from the tap and the water pressure would constantly turn off.

Lovely hotel, high ceilings and decor

Room not cleaned and took 2 requests for clean towels. Italian restaurant was expensive and limited choice. Noise from people standing outside in the garden was quite loud penetrative into room. High lampshades needed cleaning from cobwebs.
