Dinorben Arms Hotel

Number one, the warm welcome. We were made to feel like family or one of the locals. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The bedroom furniture was of exceptional quality; solid wood and all matching (If ever it goes missing, you might find it at my house lol). Food was amazing. Sampled breakfast, Sunday carvery and an evening meal. Couldn't fault any of it. All piping hot, tasty, extremely generous portions and reasonably priced. The location was spot on, in the heart of town, handy for the shops, other places to eat and drink and only a few minutes walk to the port. A little gem of a find.

Not a fan of artexed walls and the uneven floors on the upstairs corridors. The handle to the bathroom door, could do with being a little further from the door edge, as it's current position makes closing the door, without scraping your knuckles a little difficult. But these are literally minor issues and certainly would not deter us from returning. Absolutely fabulous stay. Thanks Veronica, Gary and your hard working team.

What's not to like the warm welcome at reception on arrival to the friendly helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The huge choice for breakfast sets you up for the day so no lunch required. Evening meals are lovely cooked to order and also filling. The bar is hugely stocked with Wines Beers and spirits. I have been coming here for at least 9 years now and obviously return in the near future. Thank you Gary Veronica Kerrie Jodie Alicia and rest of staff for making our stay relaxed and enjoyable.

the food was great and the down stairs was nice and clean.

the bedroom was not very clean there was long grey hairs on the floor and small sofa which must have been from previous guests.
