The stay was comfortable and the staff very welcoming, the pool area is in need of a makeover it’s looking very tired. The breakfast was lovely.
I just think some areas are a little tired and need a freshen up but the reception was very helpful parking can be a nightmare as there are limited parking but that can’t be helped

The rooms was comfortable although the bed was a bit too hard. It was brilliant that it was so close to Bournemouth amenities.
We couldn't park in the car park so my husband had to drop us off and go and find a parking space. Also , although the breakfast overall was very good, the sausages let it down.
