Friendly staff, good food and excellent location,
Very tired and dated rooms. But typical of many Best Western hotels

I am Gluten free and only have cereal and toast - all provided thank you. My husband and friends enjoyed the cooked breakfast. All the waiting staff were excellent and very friendly. The evening meal choices were good and the bar area comfortable
Having mobility issues both my husband and I would have preferred a room in the main building (as we requsted on booking - overlooking the water). Instead we were in a separate building and both struggled with the cobbles and the ramp to the building was too steep. The shower cubicle was not practical for mobility problems - although a shower, the step to the cubicle was too high and the grab rail was in the wrong place.
