The walk-in shower looked newly fitted, and was great! No view from the window as was on a lower level, but it kept the room cool in the heat. Kettle, tv, plug socket to charge phone- I was happy with the facilities
No real complaints

My now regular go-to when staying overnight in Bristol for concerts. It's the expected standards for its rating, but the staff are always friendly and helpful and the location is pretty convenient, so for my needs and budget it's great. I've got 4 stays booked this year, and am 2 days away from the 3rd with no complaints!
I guess just a bit more signage for finding rooms would be helpful, but there's usually a couple of routes between most rooms and reception, so it's not a major concern.

Location
The staff were absolutely lovely
Sheets and towels fresh and clean
Good value in a great location
The property was VERY tired, awful carpet, grubby old tiles in the bathroom the chairs in the breakfast room were revolting, stains all over them.
Out the window of the breakfast room there was just rubbish no one had bothered to pick up

"Struttura accogliente anche se un pó da rinnovare (soprattutto le camere). Staff molto gentile e disponibile, colazione molto buona e variegata!
Posizione perfetta per visitare Bristol."
