The staff, especially those on working holidays, were incredibly helpful and gave us some great recommendations. One recommendation led us to an Italian restaurant (go "Ozmosis" if you want good Italian food) that served the best Italian food we’ve had in 30 years! The service was excellent, everything was spotless, and the staff were genuinely warm and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Matched the photos. Clean and everything is good condition
Walls were in no way soundproof, you could hear every other door open. We were next to the main entrance so heard that door at all hours of the night plus the door through to the next room (were not sharing the rooms or utilising the connecting door) let light into our room of a night. We could hear everything they were saying (and yelling, they were up swearing and carrying on until well after 10pm)

The renovated rooms are nice.
The renovations were not complete, rear gate was always open - security is important.
Balcony Door bolts were difficult to undo & reset once closed.
The Aircon did not work, tried power switch on balcony, on head unit but still dod not operate.
Bathroom had been updated but mould in between bath tiles.
Website advertising showed Pool unavailable in small writing.
Price & Honesty to get business moving would achieve better results. Helps build reputation and solid business foundation.
