There was a full-size fridge with freezer, a big kitchen, dining room, lounge, laundry in the apartment, an airer & a clothes dryer. There was secure undercover parking, but I didn't bother with it.
I was on the first floor (not ground). The kettle was stained. The bedside lamp didn't work. Ironing board wobbled. Minor repair needed. The A/C was a bit noisy. A cleaner came in at 9.15 am as I was racing around getting ready.

The hot water was very hot and fast coming. The staff were friendly.
Room was in need of an update. Too hard getting luggage to room which was on the first floor. Had to unlock and go through 2 locked doors, then up a long flight of stairs, through a shared door, and then unlock our room. Good water pressure in handbasin but bad in shower. No small milk to use. TV too low to see from bed. Only 1 chair.
