Excellent location, large room, two toilets (!)

Nespresso coffee capsules are offered, but this type of capsule is not suitable for a coffee machine in the room. The skylight over the dining area is a nice design solution, but sleep in this room ends with the first rays of sunlight

Very nice apartment, sufficiently equipped. Location is close to city center, easy to walk there and have pleasant time. Helpful reception in providing some information about the sites to visit and booking of return taxi.

Both beds can be better. they are hard and makes sound everytime we move. This was very annoying.

Location of the apartment in a nice modern building with the great balcony view. Very close to a big shopping centre, tram stop to the ZOO, few minutes walk to the main square. The apartment was very spacious and clean.

The apartment was in a different building than the main reception, easy to walk there, by car it is more difficult but you will get your own parking spot in a garage with a lift to your floor. The kitchen equipmnent could be better- for everyday cooking you will need more (peeler, pasta cooking pots etc)

One of the best hotels. I like everything. You could enjoy coffee and tea in the room. Neat and soft bed. The room temperature can be adjusted. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven available. I feel better than at home.

The room could have a TV with the ability to watch YouTube. But if you have a Netflix account then there will be no problem.

it’s very nice, comfortable, clean and quiet place in great location and excellent service. we arrived with a dog, and lady at the reception printed a list of pet-friendly places and prepared a pet-bowl at our apartment.

It was an all right apartment

Without any question, the hotel called me the day after I left my room and accused me I broke their toilet. Regardless that I opposed their accusations and the possible problem (I have not received pictures or details of the problem even after several requests), they additionally charged me 70EUR. It was a very unpolite communication without answering my last e-mail but charging my credit card.

The apartment was really big and comfortable. A big bedroom, big bathroom, lots of closet space and a separate dining and lounging area. The location was particularly good: close to the centre but still in a quiet side street.

The kitchen wasn't properly supplied. There were a few pots & pans but no utensils at all. It would be nice to have some basics like sugar, salt, pepper and oil. And there was an oven but no oven mitts for instance. Adding a few basics would add a lot to the stay!

Very good location and easy parking option

Rooms are not really in good shape like in picturea. Appart was little than expected.

A spacious room with a kitchen, everything in the apartment is clean and comfortable, everything is in new condition and with a balcony to a closed courtyard.

It was difficult to get the keys, not so quick and it was necessary to go 5min with the luggage to another object through a busy street. A deposit higher than the price was a surprise.

I am planning to formally complain to booking.com about the poor quality of our stay and your facilities in Wroclaw and ask for a full refund. I have never done this before but this time our experience was truly terrible. We (a family of two adults and three kids) were very disappointed for the following reasons: One of the reasons, we chose the property was because it was described as having parking. When we called to reserve parking, we were told that no parking was available on that day. So we had to look for parking somewhere else and pay PLN 60 extra for this. That was a huge inconvenience because our stay was already rather short and we did not want to spend time looking for parking. We requested a child crib for a 1.5-old baby. We were promptly informed about the additional charge for it and assured that it would be there. Upon arrival, we found another portable bed for an adult, instead of a crib. When we requested a proper crib, someone at reception first told us that the crib was supposed to be put there by someone else, not him. We asked several times to fix this problem. Someone brought us the crib without any bed sheet, pillow or blanket for a small child. We were suggested to use something from adult beds, which was completely impossible (too big for a small crib). Our TV set was not working at all. We tried to make it work ourselves and failed, Then someone from the reception tried to help us and also failed. We were told that someone would need to come to fix it later. This never happened. What was described as a sofa for sleeping turned out to be impossible to sleep on - the mattress was very thin and one could feel iron springs piercing into our bodies and making a lot of noise each time we moved. See the picture. I had to sleep on the floor to avoid it.
