The hotel exceeded our expectations! We stayed with family and were thoroughly impressed by the beautiful decor, pristine cleanliness, and wonderful facilities throughout the property. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and seamless, and both suite size and the hotel restaurant were fantastic. Location is a great place and easy enough to get to main tourist attractions ie; Grand Museum and Pyramids! Its also opposite the biggest mall in Cairo as a added bonus. My mother was not well and the lovely staff at the hotel helped us in calling a ambulance and even explained everything to the care services as we did not know the local language we couldn't have managed without them.

Honestly, very little! The music on the evening was a little loud especially if you have little kids on a evening this may be distracting if your room is close to the main reception building where the restaurants are located. On one occasion it was so loud that we couldnt hear the waiter properly in which then they turned the volume down abit which helped. Not a deal breaker but if I was to be critical then this is the only thing I can say.

Stuff treating a customer like a cash machine , every thing you have to pay I end up leaving the hotel and I moved to Hilton which is perfect from start to to finished. No hidden free
