Basmala and Donia were amazing on the front counter and their shift leader Adel went over and above with their service to help in any way they could.

The bed is good. 2 toilets in the room is comfortable.
Everything is extra charge: gym is extra charge, sauna is extra charge, frigobar even water is extra charge… The staff run into the clients to warn them about the extra charge. The game room is miserable: Games broken, old premises.
