I personally loved the location of the hotel and the subway station was directly connected to it, which made the trip a lot easier. It is also directly connected to the Incheon Airport and the limousine bus station was right outside the hotel. The room was very clean and the view outstanding. There is also a convenient store inside which was available 24/7. I would definitely go back.

It’s location to all Airport Transportation is second to none. Having a plaza in the basement is so convenient with access to all metro lines . The rooms are spacious/comfortable/clean and the cleaning regime is superb. I seriously can’t fault anything.

Bathroom very nice. Bed is comfy.
I liked the public steamer and ironing facilities, and the gym is well equipped.
check-in experience was painful at midnight with the clerk asking me to get the booking number (?) while she had my passport in hand and confirming she had my booking on her screen. A first for me, over procedural in my opinion, not to mention the lack of empathy facing a tired customer.
