Beautiful hotel in a near perfect location - nothing was too much trouble for the staff & we greatly appreciated their organisation of a trusted taxi driver to take us and bring us back from the Elton John concert at the Azteca. Highly recommended.
Incredible architecture, spotlessly clean, perfect location & breakfast in the terrace restaurant is massive especially at the weekend when cakes and mimosas hit the menu! The staff are awesome - always there to help when needed

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous foyer space, very generously sized room, very comfortable bed, great amenities. Loved the location right on the Zocalo with a view out to the Palacio Nacional. Very reasonably priced for the offering! Was dad to leave and will look forward to returning.
As others have said, the music in the street can be lots but stopped by about 9pm on the days we were staying (weekdays), so not a huge problem (plus the music was nice to listen to).

Absolutely beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds, large rooms.
Don’t stay on the Zocolo Central area during any big celebration - like their Independence Day. ( week of 16 September). The military did exercises and was very loud at 6 am.
