Phaedra Hotel

Our first applaud goes to Nico’s , Giorgia and Rania . Nicos who is the owner of the hotel runs the hotel as if it were his and our home . His welcome and attention to detail is second to none and was ever obliging. He is a kind warm hearted soul and his property is impeccable in all aspects - Great Position - Location Location Location , spotlessly clean and overwhelmingly comfortable. Gorgia was great fun and friendly keeping us entertained at the bar on the beach front and Rania Nico’s sister was extremely pleasant and friendly.

We loved every aspect of the hotel and how it was run .

The hotel was exceptional. Right on a beautiful, sandy beach. Very large outdoor pool. The staff, led by Georgia, was excellent: efficient and highly competent. There is a snack bar by the pool that offers breakfast food as well as lunch food. Our room had a great seaside view plus mini kitchen and refrigerator. In addition to the hotel itself being great,right across the street is an express bus that goes into Chania and when it returns it drops you off practically right in front of the hotel, so you don’t have to worry about parking in crowded Chania.

The owner and staff are amazing and professional, service is better or on par with that at 5 star hotels I’ve visited. They will help you with whatever you need, offer help and advice on any question and help in any way they can! Shout-out for Niko and Georgia! The location is great, right on the private beach with private sunbeds, its very quiet and not busy at all times, especially during the night. It’s very easy to go to Chania or Agia Marina or Platanias, or anywhere you want! The rooms are clean and fully stacked in terms of kitchen appliances, you have everything you need. The bar is also nice and you can get drinks and food for a great price, the lady at the bar is amazing and will help with whatever you need!

Posto fantastico, pensato davvero benissimo! La piscina e il mare si trovano nella parte inferiore della struttura, in una zona tranquilla e sicura, perfetta anche per chi viaggia con bambini. Nikos, il proprietario, e Giorgia sono due persone davvero speciali: ti accolgono sempre con il sorriso e sono disponibili ad aiutarti per qualsiasi necessità, facendoti sentire subito a casa. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno bellissimo e, se dovessimo tornare a Creta, non avremmo dubbi: torneremmo sicuramente da Nikos! Assolutamente consigliato, soprattutto per le famiglie! ❤️
