The hotel is in a prime location .Ana the manager was wonderful and very helpful at all times .She was responsive frim the time we booked the hotel. She helped us organize our car rental and also assisted with booking our Taxi to the airport. We had a great stay in Chania :-) Would love to come back
The parking lot is a bit problematic .

The staff were very friendly and kind, location was great, our room was big and the bed was so comfortable, nice juice and coffee at breakfast. Eva and the girl who serves breakfast (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) were great!
I think the breakfast could have been better - it was fine, but instead of a plain omelette it could have come with options as to what you'd like in it. I think small touches like refilling coffee and water in the room would have been nice
