I was placed on 2nd floor which is not convenience for us because is the same floor as meeting rooms

1.) Early check-in could be an issue - their usual time is 16:00
2.) If you're going to use their parking facilities, make sure not to misplace the parking ticket - I had to pay 50K IDR fine for it, despite parking being complimentary for the guests staying at the hotel. So much for surveillance cameras and security guard at the gate!

Comfortable room, seemed relatively recently updated, easy access to train station, staff was friendly and attentive
The door to each room slams shut, the walls were a bit thin (I cold hear my neighbours) and the restaurant was just ok

It was what to expect. Neat and clean. Nice breakfast buffet, friendly staff.
WiFi was HORRIBLE! Practically impossible to have online meetings. Water pressure not impressive. Shower head kept falling off. Toilet occasionally kept running.

breakfast was terrible. pastry & bread was dried and old. cakes are dried. looks like they only focus on local food. but their cuankie i hasd was so blant and hard.

Very good location, perfect room (nice, clean and service). We (especially our kids) are enjoy during our stay in Novotel and thank you for the nice experience. Keep up the good work.
