Full disclaimer: I had my room upgraded for free, but it wouldn't change my opinion (they are that good).
The room was outstanding! It's comfortable for family and large enough to host other family members to hang out.
The service is superb, from friendly customer service staffs, quick and great laundry service and most of all the breakfast is fabulous.
We love the breakfast selections, with plenty of variations and delicious menu and most importantly hygienic.
The location is also prime, with direct access to mall and plenty of restaurants.
Safe to say I will stay there again when I visit Bandung next time.

Everything. Staff were amazing, facility first rate, location great. Breakfast buffet was the best of our 6 week trip. This is simply a fantastic hotel. Stunning modern mall literally next door if you need anything.
The WiFi was actually a bit average and really the only fault I can find. But everything else was so great it still scores a perfect 10.

The hotel staff was great. Friendly and helpfull.

room without carpet. marble floor is good but the chairs are heavy. we keep hearing chairs are being dragged all nite from other guests rooms.

some lights were fused in my children's room, and smell strong cigarette (room 1110), my room 1101 was fine.

Nice room overall, breakfast with many options (and amazing tea options) friendly staff
Room was not so clean, shower was old. I would have liked more sweet options for the breakfast. Didn't try the restaurant as it's too expensive. Poor accoustic insulation with outdoor so we had to sleep with earplugs.

The staff were exceptional and very helpful and location is amaxing.
Thanks to the staff in breakfast, they were superb.
The shower head in bathroom doesnt have good flow so the bathroom floor is always wet. The phone in the room is not working despite asking to fix it. Upon the arrival they door key seems off and failed to scan the card. The AC flow wasnt quite right.

the location is very good. it’s connected directly to the mall so it’s easy to find restaurants and very convenient.
the breakfast was good, especially the coffee they served!
the aircond didn’t function properly like i feel that they turned it off during the day and only turned it on back around 5pm. it was a pretty humid day with the rains and all so I was very disappointed. also when I called the front desk, they always took a long time to take it that i almost gave up a few times.
