Host was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Appreciated the small fridge to store my own drinks in. Never had time to try the breakfast but the offer was there for me. Free off road parking to the rear of the property.
Room smaller than i'm used too, but probably fair for a single room.

Very welcoming warm and cosey. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. A great selection for breakfast offering both English and continental. The owner was very friendly and helpful and the place was lovely, clean and tidy. The location was within walking distance from the city centre and we had a very enjoyable stay.
The pillows were a little lumpy but its just a matter of choice.

Shower could be more powerful but only a small niggle

Wonderful accomodation within walking distance to Inverness. Lovely and clean with a freshly cooked breakfast supplied each morning. Ross was an exceptional host.
